Workshop of sculpture
In the Verrerie Chapel–the workshop is located in exceptional wooded surroundings on a site which is particularly conducive to creativity. The large size of the workshop enables the artist to have many completely distinct work zones: a space for cutting stone and large-scale sculpture workshop in the basement, and on the ground floor, engraving, drawing, modelling and exhibition areas. The workshop is also used for drama and music and hosts exhibitions of painting and other art forms.

During three annual thematic seasons, plasticians and creatives expose their works in three galleries within this town full of charm and character. A beautiful stroll to appreciate the visual Arts and the contemporary creation.
Free admission. Spring and autumn: opened the weekends from 2:30 pm until 6 pm. Summer: opened from Tuesday or Sunday from 2:30 pm until 6:30 pm.

Contemporary Art Gallery of Pontmain

Pontmain Contemporary Art Gallery is a place dedicated to contemporary creation. Since its creation in 1999, the Art Gallery sets up a diversified programme (painting, sculpture, video, installation...) around personal or collective exhibitions. Since 2000, the Art Gallery welcomes artists who take up residence each Spring, and this support plan to creation represents one of the best moments of the programme.

The glass workshop
Come and see this unique workshop where you will be fascinated by the glass blowers. These magicians play with fire and juggle
with molten glass to coax the red hot material into the desired shape. The marvellous transparent objects they produce are then
left to cool before being taken to the exhibition area.
